Is the Bible the word of God, or man?

First of all, the Bible says all throughout it that it is the word of God. For example, 2 Timothy 3:16 says, ” all scripture is breathed out through God”. The whole Bible is written by God through men. There are literally hundreds of claims in the Bible that it is the word of God.
